Football Development
At The Swans Community Partnership, we use football as a powerful tool for engagement, development, and progression. Our football programmes are designed to support players of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities — creating clear pathways from grassroots to elite-level competition.
Bridging the Pathway
We work closely with Newport Pagnell Town FC to bridge gaps in the player pathway, helping young people transition smoothly through the age groups into a competitive first-team environment.
16 – 19 Academy
Our Football & Education Academy offers boys and girls aged 16 – 19 the chance to combine post-16 education with high-level football development at NPTFC, supporting both academic and athletic ambitions.
Player Development Centres
Led by UEFA - qualified coaches, our centres offer structured, enjoyable sessions focused on technical skills, teamwork, and confidence. These sessions also serve as a recruitment tool and feeder into the NPTFC system.
Street Football Sessions
Through our Kicks programme, we engage young people from high-need areas with free, community-based football, mentoring, and personal development opportunities, promoting inclusion and offering new routes into the club.
Holiday Provision
Our football holiday camps provide a fun, safe space for young people to enjoy the game, improve their skills, and make new friends — combining professional coaching with exciting, high-energy activities.
Inclusion & Diversity
We are committed to inclusive football for all. Our programmes include walking football for over-50s, as well as sessions for refugees, asylum seekers, and underrepresented groups — ensuring everyone has the opportunity to play, belong, and progress.
